Revista Diners featured Renne’s seven-course journey through Peruvian cuisine

In January 2024, Revista Diners included Renne in a round-up of four dining experiences in Bogotá and presented a seven-course tasting menu created by chef Miguel Ángel Castillo Basto.

The article brought together four experiences inspired by the flavours of Asia and Peru. In the section devoted to Peruvian cuisine, Diners featured Renne and a special menu served from 1 February to 1 March 2024.

The journey began with causa limeña and cebiche, followed by salmon wonton, wok-fired lomo saltado, ají de gallina and caldoso de mariscos, and ended with pionono. Across seven courses, the menu explored different expressions of Peruvian cuisine.

This coverage preserves an early chapter of Renne’s story and shows how the restaurant was already exploring tasting formats as a way to present its contemporary Peruvian cuisine.

The experience ended on 1 March 2024. This story is preserved as historical coverage and does not announce the menu’s current availability or price.
