Renne Pass general terms and conditions

Version 1.0 · 19 September 2026. Each pass retains its own specific terms.

1 Who offers Renne Pass

Renne Pass covers the passes offered by EVLOGIA S.A.S., Colombian tax ID 901.595.355-0, under the Renne Peruvian Bistro brand. The company is based in Bogotá, Colombia. Its contact address is Carrera 8A #99-41, Local 119, World Trade Center. Contact us at admin@ppisas.com or +57 324 229 9244.

These terms provide the common framework for discount, loyalty, voucher, membership, corporate benefit, experience and other passes expressly identified as Renne Pass. Mentioning a type of pass does not mean it is currently available. Holding one pass does not grant benefits under other programmes.

2 How these terms relate to each pass

Each pass contains its own conditions, directly or through an accessible link. These describe its benefit, eligibility, validity, locations, restrictions and use. They must be available before registration, purchase or the assumption of an obligation, and capable of being retained for later reference.

Those conditions supplement this framework and govern that pass's specific features. No condition may reduce mandatory consumer rights. Advertising and promised benefits bind Renne as provided by law; uncertainties or inconsistencies will be resolved under applicable law, including consumer-favourable interpretation where required. One campaign's rules do not extend to other programmes.

3 Registration and acceptance

Participation is voluntary. Where registration is required, provide accurate, current information about yourself or act with valid authority to represent another person. We may check eligibility and control of a contact channel through reasonable, proportionate methods disclosed in advance. Each pass defines who may participate; legal capacity, child protection and age restrictions remain applicable.

Acceptance must be expressed through a clear, verifiable mechanism. Visiting the website, receiving a link or saving a pass does not by itself authorise charges, subscriptions or advertising purposes.

4 What a pass represents

A pass evidences the benefit or entitlement it describes. Its display in Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or another format does not itself make it a bank account, credit card or generally accepted payment instrument. Promotional discounts and points are different from money paid by a customer; paid or prepaid amounts retain the protection applicable to them.

Prices, minimum spending, combination of benefits, transferability, partial use and expiry are set by each pass within legal limits. These general terms do not establish a universal amount, validity period, quota or number of passes per person.

5 Safekeeping and recovery

Protect your device, codes and personal pass links. Do not circulate a pass issued in your name or allow another person to impersonate you. Whether a pass may be gifted or transferred depends on its specific conditions; sharing an invitation does not transfer the personal pass.

Promptly report loss, unauthorised access or changes in contact details. We will assess blocking and recovery options according to the pass type, evidence of entitlement and use status. Replacement does not duplicate used benefits or automatically restart validity. Statutory replacement rights remain protected; deleting a pass from your phone does not itself erase an entitlement or cancel an obligation.

6 Validation and use

To use a pass, meet its conditions and present the required code or proof. Renne may check authenticity, identity where applicable, validity and availability. A screenshot or an outdated pass does not by itself prove that an unused benefit remains.

Renne's records help verify transactions, but you may challenge an error with available evidence. The same use will not be deducted twice, and a benefit will not be consumed without a valid transaction. A pass does not reserve a table or guarantee availability beyond what was specifically offered.

7 Misuse and fraud

Impersonation, forgery, altered codes, use of another person's identity, registrations designed to bypass limits, duplicate redemption and deliberate exploitation of errors are prohibited. Interference with systems and unauthorised extraction of data are also prohibited. Resale or assignment is permitted only where authorised for that pass.

Renne may reject an irregular transaction and take proportionate measures to protect participants. Suspicion alone does not entail permanent loss of paid amounts or legitimately acquired rights.

8 Suspension and review

We may temporarily suspend a pass where there are objective indications of fraud, unauthorised use, a material breach or an authority's requirement. We will explain the reason and how to request review, subject to justified legal or security restrictions. If the review rules out the concern, we will correct the status and resulting effects as appropriate.

Permanent cancellation requires an established reason and is limited to its lawful contractual consequences. There is no automatic confiscation of balances or waiver of claims. Security measures do not allow Renne to avoid its own obligations.

9 Technology and third parties

Operation may depend on the device, connectivity and third-party services, and may be affected by interruptions or maintenance. Uninterrupted technical availability is not promised. If a problem occurs, contact Renne to verify the pass and arrange the applicable solution; a technical failure does not itself extinguish a valid entitlement.

Apple, Google and technology providers have their own service terms. Renne remains responsible for the benefits it offers and its legal obligations. External causes and force majeure will be assessed under applicable law, without blanket exclusions of liability or automatically transferring every risk to the customer.

10 Invitations and third-party benefits

Invitations and referrals create rights only as announced for the relevant pass. Opening, sending or sharing a link does not guarantee another person's acceptance or the issuance of a benefit. Each recipient chooses whether to participate.

Do not give Renne other people's contact details for registration or contact without authorisation. A recipient's identity, acceptance or pass use will not be disclosed to the sender without the relevant authorisation or other lawful basis. Corporate or partner arrangements do not permit additional information sharing by default.

11 Purchased passes and charges

Where a pass is purchased or includes paid services, its total price, taxes, contents, delivery, duration and cancellation conditions will be disclosed in advance. Recurring payments, renewals and price changes require the applicable information and acceptance; saving a pass does not authorise them.

Where a voucher represents money prepaid by you or by someone on your behalf, applicable rules on minimum validity, partial redemption, replacement and balances will be respected. Free-coupon restrictions will not automatically apply to it. Free promotions cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly offered; this does not limit a legally required refund.

12 Assistance and consumer rights

Request help or submit a complaint through the channels in section 1, identifying the pass, the issue and a reply channel. Do not publish personal codes. We may request only the information needed to handle the case. Direct consumer complaints will be answered within the statutory fifteen business days; data requests follow the privacy procedure.

Statutory rights to guarantees, withdrawal, payment reversal, refunds and remedies remain available where applicable. For distance purchases, the withdrawal period is five business days, counted according to the good or service and subject to statutory exceptions. An e-commerce withdrawal refund must comply with the statutory maximum of fifteen calendar days once its requirements are met. Payment reversal has separate grounds and procedures involving the supplier and payment-instrument issuer. A pass's digital format does not exclude these rights.

13 Personal data and communications

Renne's Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy explains purposes, providers, retention and individual rights. Contractual acceptance and data-processing authorisation are separate decisions. Data needed to operate a pass will be processed with the applicable authorisation or legal basis; incompatible new purposes require compliance with the relevant legal requirements.

Messages needed to deliver, administer or protect a pass are distinct from advertising. Marketing authorisation will be separate, optional and revocable; declining it does not remove an acquired benefit. Installing a pass or enabling device notifications does not itself authorise advertising. Opting out of advertising does not prevent necessary, lawful operational communications.

Processing customer data depends on the applicable purposes and authorisations, not on using or reaching the expiry of a pass. You may opt out of the marketing lists or channels you identify. Opting out does not remove pass entitlements or automatically revoke other independent authorisations. Restricted retention and erasure follow the Privacy Policy; receiving or using another pass does not reactivate withdrawn marketing permission.

14 Brand and content

Renne's brand, designs and content belong to their respective owners. A pass permits their use to view and exercise its benefits, retain evidence and share authorised invitations. It does not license impersonation of Renne, commercial use of its designs or creation of apparently official passes. Uses permitted by law remain protected.

15 Changes and programme closure

We may update this framework and future offers, communicating material changes. Each pass retains the conditions under which it was purchased or issued. Retroactive changes will not reduce acquired rights; changes to an ongoing relationship will follow applicable law and require acceptance where necessary.

If a programme closes, Renne will explain how it will fulfil outstanding benefits and paid services. Closure does not itself extinguish those rights. Leaving a programme or declining advertising does not automatically waive paid balances or claims. Previous versions may be requested through our contact channels.

16 Governing law

Colombian law governs these terms. Disputes may be brought before the competent authorities, including the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce where applicable. No compulsory arbitration or waiver of the legally competent court or authority is imposed.

An invalid provision does not affect the remaining provisions where they can lawfully stand. The Spanish version is the drafting reference; this English translation supports understanding and does not diminish rights arising from information offered to consumers.
