At Renne’s Bar, we begin with cocktails people know and revisit them through pisco. We respect the essence of each classic while exploring new ways to express it—with balance, character, and a distinctly Peruvian sensibility. The result is a collection of our own, created to open the evening, accompany the table, or extend the conversation: cocktails that surprise without losing their warmth and invite you to stay a little longer.

At Renne’s bar, faithfully made classics sit alongside signature cocktails with an identity of their own. Pisco holds a special place, but it is not our only starting point: we work with different spirits to find the balance and character each drink calls for.
