A Peruvian Dinner at Los Galenos

On 5 August 2026, Miguel Ángel Castillo Basto joined chef Andrés Robayo as a guest chef for a Peruvian Dinner at Los Galenos in Bogotá.

The experience followed a sequence of emblematic Peruvian preparations, developed jointly by the two chefs for the special dinner.
